This account will be conducting NSR buybacks in accordance with this motion. Each buyback week a new thread will be created for shareholders to monitor. At the conclusion of the week the final results will be posted here along with a confirmation link showing the NSR burn. The thread will then be locked.

The only goal of this account is to purchase as many NSR as possible each buyback week to be destroyed using the funds provided by shareholders. A successful NSR burn will result in all shareholders attaining a larger equity percentage of the Nu network than they held before the NSR burn.

I intend to randomize my time by a combination of dice roll and random convenience, if it helps. I think people have started to figure out the periodic method of the current buybacks and are manipulating, as you imply.

From 12:53 until 2:23 there were only “Buys” on the exchange and it looked like the price might have continued upwards. The options were to either execute the buyback before the price rose further, or else continue to wait in hopes it would trend downwards. It didn’t look like the price was going down anytime soon.

The next share buyback executor will hopefully take my recommendation to use 24 hour weighted prices.

We have completed our purchase of 34.1 BTC worth of NSR. We are pleased that we were able to purchase approximately 3,340,853 NSR for burning this week. 2,550,000 NSR have been requested for withdrawal and the remainder will be withdrawn within 48 hours. We will provide transaction details of the NSR burn on or before Saturday or Sunday, similar to previous buybacks.

Note that @Nagalim will be the new executor on this account for future weeks. Thank you to Nagalim for providing this service for shareholders. Once this week’s NSR burn is completed, the login credentials to this account will be provided to Nagalim. At that time, he will be instructed to change this account’s login email, so that the previous executor is not able to gain inside information from prospective NSR sellers.
