I notice that the above link refers to 2pm, UTC. This is the second reference I have seen to 2pm. Please note, the countdown clock will end at 3pm UK time. The hour discrepancy is probably due to British Summer Time, when the clocks are adjusted by one hour
You might want to check this, so that some things are not released publicly an hour early
Edit: I forgot, UTC remains constant when local UK time switches during the summer, so there is no discrepancy
