Seriously, setting up virtualbox with lubuntu is a non issue. Keeping it running 24/7 might be a stretch but thats entirely up to you.

It’s not getting anywhere close to 90%.
I’m aware that a release is in the works that reduces the quorum to 55%.
I’m not a fan of sacrificing security for convenience, which reducing the quorum is.

I still haven’t seen an email to presale buyers, would like to see this happen before we take more drastic steps. @JordanLee is there a reason we can’t or shouldn’t send out an email to presale buyers to update their clients to the latest version? Or are we waiting for 5.0.0 release?
I would assume this is the case.
And why exactly as there’s need to fix that update slump?
If they’re close to the release of v5.0, then I think it would make sense to just wait. Why send out an upgrade notice now if the next version might come out within the next week or two? Then they’d have to send a second upgrade notice almost immediately after sending the first. I would think it would make more sense to alert shareholders to take action only once, rather than twice.
