Cointoolkit will work with the information within the transaction, it does not have any provider configured to load external data for PPC. You can see and change all that in the settings tab…
You will be able to use it to verify and sign the transaction, but you need to input unspent inputs manually in order to create a new transaction.
The code is ready for anyone to add custom providers easily, but no contributions have been made.
I will add a provider for PPC data (suggestions of stable PPC blockexplorers with a good API to use for this are welcome), but keep in mind that I am doing that on my limited unpaid free time.

blockr has good api’s see bottom of http://ppc.blockr.io/
I think you should get nu specific part funded.
I guess it is “0d1dbdc31a7b38e84115b086beee4f0ece32b50a0c40be319e48043e30b7ef68” for the tx ID according to http://ppc.blockr.io/tx/info/0d1dbdc31a7b38e84115b086beee4f0ece32b50a0c40be319e48043e30b7ef68
I have no idea what “Script” means in the Create a new transaction setting up.
Tx fee: 0.01 ?

That is almost correct, but keep in mind that the fee is the remaining ot the input amount less the output amount, in that transaction is the same 0.89, so it does not have a fee.

I’d like a full 5/5 on this, as it’s mostly a symbolic txn anyway.

Signing it is possible even after it’s been broadcast, right?
I received this by the way, thank you.
Let’s still get people to try signing; if something’s wrong and we don’t detect it, we lose the robustness of multisig!

Or everyone knows the secret handshake

Well, that handshake doesn’t work for me. Cointoolkit worked before, but not now. Tried other browsers, copying only the raw transaction etc. to no avail. Maybe someone can try and report?

Do you mean if you right click on the link here you don’t get a verifed page in a new tab?
I can verify the problems you encounter.
When I tried it worked and it still works. You can try the result of my activity:
It does show up in a new tab, but says unable to decode.
