Many say its fake because the signature appears to be invalid. Also, probably most courts would not agree with him (there are enough precedents where someone “just uses the code” to gain access to sensitive information).
But its hilarious for sure 
But also a not so impossible situation for Nu: If someone manages to drain 30M from FLOT (if they ever have that much), then I think similar forking proposals might be brought up in this community.
