The previous BTC balance has been moved to BTC-B which will be used as the reference for 100% compensating our user’s BTC loss.

My NSR and BTC balances are currently zero, and i know nothing about BTC-B.

Someone having similar problem?? Please help :smile:

check your amount of nsr under nushares Nsr down the list account balance total
not the Total funds estimation

thanks, i got it, i guess i panicked early!

all balances are fine. the only problem is you can’t withdraw all the coins. i just got my DRKs.
