I run one of the seed nodes and it has 25 connections.
So a solution could be to shut down the client, remove addr.dat and restart it. It should try to connect to the seed nodes.
It looks like my seed node in the only one running though.
My client/node is crashing after every start. not sure why.
Me too, the windows/mac os version. But the linux version is good. So I suggest you try running on linux.
When I launch client from terminal, sometimes there is no crash messagebox, and I always get msgbox after crashing via normal GUI start.
