About the scalability of Nu

Vitalik published a set of notes on blockchain’s scalability: https://github.com/vbuterin/scalability_paper/blob/master/scalability.pdf

He does not hide the fact that he thinks PoS is much more scalable than PoW.

It seems that he refers to “security deposit” as the core concept that could enable a high scalability.
Which makes me wonder about:

  • the scalability of PoS in general and
  • the scalability of Nu.

Any ideas on that?

Is Nu scalable?

The answer to that question has a lot to do with identifying what you are trying to scale.

Users, transactions per X (second, minute, hour), available tokens for large-scale adoption, etc.–the list goes on.
