Why bother when Jordan hasn't shown for days?

Now 85% of last 100 BKS blocks are voting Sigmike as new leader, of course you believe that Jordan also supports this motion.

I hope Jordan has quite some BKS, at least he will not against B&C project.

If the poll is an indication, a fork could win 80% community support. But to win exchange support, the fork needs to have 51% minting power to take over Nubits or issue another coin and have it listed on exchanges.

A new coin must be created with the highest confidence of the absence of Jordan.

I suggest forking and introducing:

  • reputed lpcs
  • reputed contributors
  • background check

How would you know?

No anonymous shareholders anymore?

Background check can be done or measure in many ways – one of the following ways

  • top seed investors must be public
  • unique ID as contributor verified on the blockchain

That doesn’t work imo. As long as there are anonymous investors you are still not sure who may hold a majority of shares. Unless you define top seed and uniquely identified as e.g. more than 75% of the total shares available and no unique ID has more than 20% of the shares.
