Why would we keep these, or why should we sell them at which point?
I would sell them. Diversification of reserves is good, but I don’t believe holding Stellar Lumens would be the best choice for that.

No idea, any time is a good time I believe. Probably ask at a Stellar Lumens forum. They might be a bit biased though
