Reserve custodians ?!

What happens after KTM or other LPC finishes his/her Commitment by selling the whole granted NuBits and Distributing the dividends? there is still 90% reserve of the USD$.
who would be responsible for its security?
would it be totally stored on the exchange?
would the custodian keep tracking their Peg with Nubot forever?
Or would he transfer it to another Reserve custodian?
What is the incentive to be a reserve custodian then ?

There is not 90% reserve. There will currently be 0% reserve, after the series of tapering dividend payments is made. I started a draft motion asking us to take a look at it.
