Why does Hayek Coin issuing entity needs a revenues model?
In his theory, the issuing entity is a company, and a company must have a good revenue model otherwise bankrupt.

Otherwise it cannot compete with other issuers, if you have no revenues you simply can’t afford competition or improve your product - currency.
Correct, the Hayek theory hardcore is that free competition could provide better quality product than those of monopolists.
The reason why bad money has been driven good money out from hundreds of years ago, is that Governments are monopolists in money issuing, and monopolists usually provide worse and worse product/service.
