Possible, it’s a shame if it is true.

If it’s any help to any unsure shareholders, I’m pretty much set up ready for “custodianship” on Bittylicious. I’m going through the AML/KYC procedure (just need a colour scan of my passport) and have a dedicated bank account set up and waiting.

As mentioned in another thread, the huge cap between CDD and votes is remarkable and we see a similar effect on the current top motion. Personally I suspect that BTER is staking all their coins which were locked up for so long, and therefore submits blocks with very old coin ages. They surely don’t even bother looking into the current votes.
