I'm going to assert some controversial stuff about T3 now: T3 funds should be given to T3 operators by Nu. These funds are not considered T4 and so are therefore 'Circulating NBT' and will trigger motions accordingly. Even though they are in the hands of a trusted custodian, they are not in multisig. Kaiko seems to only have BTCchina and OKcoin, no huobi.

If y’all want me to make a new price feed for CNY, I’ll need concensus on what that means. Am I taking huobi BTC/CNY and dividing it by bitfinex BTC/USD using last price tickers? If so, can I default to the yahoo feed if the query fails? I think it would be more reliable to query the exchange APIs directly than to use something like Kaiko.

No. It’s about asking for 10,000 NBT loan from Nu against 2.5million NSR collateral. Fund will be used for trading. Annual interest for the loan is 10%.

I think @wengone should put a detailed custodian grant request for shareholder consideration.
