Good morning @wengone. Sorry you’re having issues. Looking at the logs you provided it looks as though your client is having trouble connecting not just to Poloniex, but to bitfinex and coinbase too. In the logs lines showing your activity, all the figures are 0 which could indicate a connection issue with the NuPool server too. Are you able to access the internet properly through a normal browser?
Have you tried restarting the client too?

Can you try to access www.nupool.net and http://eu.nupool.net/status ?

Maybe cloudflare or someone else along the traceroute is blocking your IP / access.

The errors I see in your screen shot make me think that your client can’t even connect to poloniex (thus some kind of SSL error page).

I’m starting to think this is some kind of issue with cloudflare. Bittrex, Poloniex and we are using Cloudflare services. Is this problem temporary?
Are you sharing your external IP address with others (VPN)?

We could give you an non-cf server IP, you could try, but that won’t help you with connecting to poloniex.

Waiting for @woolly_sammoth’s feedback on this.

In China, people usually share one internet ip (through NAT)
Some people get the error, no relationship with each other, in different cities

I thought that would allow the bot to place matching orders…

I’ve seen this before with a similarly set up client. I believe it occurs when you don’t have enough funds available to place the order. The error message is misleading. Putting it on the list.

There’s still the info about wallet maintenance, but the NBT wallet is no longer shown as disabled.
I don’t know whether it works now, because I haven’t tried depositing or withdrawing NBT.

Is it only me or went something wrong with yesterday’s (2015-05-30) payout?
According to log my balance was reset between

2015/05/30-20:46:11

and

2015/05/30-20:47:11

just like I’d have expected (time UTC).
But I didn’t recognize an according deposit at my NBT address.
The block explorer doesn’t show anything, too.

I will have a look into this. I can’t think of a reason why the payout would have failed but it is possible.

Edit. Looked through the logs and saw that the payment of yesterday failed to insufficient funds. I recharged the account this morning and it still had over 110 NBT available. The payout was just over 111 NBT so it only just failed.
I’ve processed the payment manually and you should be receiving that shortly. In future I will double check my Maths and ensure the liquidity fund has more funds available (especially if I may be away from my laptop for a while)
