From their point of view:
Pros:

Price always at 1 USD with all the advantages of cryptocurrency.
Much useful for merchants.
Useful for traders to protect against a BTC price decline.

Cons:

Price stabilization system is complex and NOT automated.
Interest rates adjustment and NuBits creation should be automatic and not based on voting.
Pure PoS

They mention centralized checkpoints for peercoin as cons, wtf, the author is an idiot. they also list nxt shitcoin in “must have” section and fail to mention that nxt being pure PoS is actually a bad thing since they “centrally forked” the coin after a hack to protect the network.
