I know you need at least 10000 NSR to vote but if you have more can you add more votes? I.e. Does the amount of NSR you have affect how much say you have?
Yes. The more NSR you have then the more chances you’ll have to mint a block. Someone with a million NSR will mint more blocks in a week than someone with a hundred thousand.
