There seems to be little buying behavior on the cryptopia.co.nz
Only official buybacks are in progress
NSR has no appeal for everyone to buy it

The community has promised to add CryptoNote technology to NSR

If anything it was probably NBT. But promised? Where did you read that? I know it has been discussed as one of the things to add in the future.
