No matter the amount you are mentioning in USD, it will be adjusted according to the exchange rate used on the day of arrival to beneficiary account CCEDK.

You know what would be really awesome and game-changing for fiat-crypto integration ?

Mapping IBAN to Crypto addresses, in a way similar to the one used by shapeshift to map crypto addresses.

Integrate with fidor bank via API and seamlessly into a mobile app. That’s where mass adoption comes, imho.

Let’s make the simple example of bitcoin

#Crypto to FIAT

On a control panel let the user map a Bitcoin deposit address to an IBAN withdrawal address.
From now on, everytime Btc are sent to the deposit address, you convert them, take a fee, and make the SEPA.

(or for better privacy/security, ensure a different BTC deposit address is used).

#FIAT to Crypto
Now, getting a new IBAN is not as easy as getting a new NBT address. However the “message/reference” field can be used to detect where coins should go. In SEPA that field its limited to 35 chars, and a BTC address is 34. So there is an extra digit left that could be used to indicate the unit…

Send SEPA 100 € to DE12500X0?170648489890 with message 1HB5XMLmzFVj8ALj6mfBsbifRoD4miY36v
Receive the equivalent (minus commission fee) at bitcoin address 1HB5XMLmzFVj8ALj6mfBsbifRoD4miY36v
