You will need to wait until they are released by protocol. In order to avoid locking them again, you can password-protect your NuShare wallet and not unlock it while the program is running. An alternative is setting stakegen=0 in nu.conf (introduced in v5.2.0). We can help you through the steps.
Dividends is not the preferred method of tier 6 reserve value transfers at this time. Shareholders have chosen NuShare buybacks which apply daily upward pressure on the NSR value.
