These 2 txns use different inputs (mine’s the 8k input, MoD uses the 1.6k input) and can both be signed and broadcast.

Right click and open new tab/page on the cointoolkit link. Don’t directly left click on these links because the forum sometimes truncate long URLs, I think.

Click on the “input” tab and select the smallest input that can pay the tx.

Click on the “output” tab. Put “pay to” address in the address window, and the amount in amount window.

press the “+” to create a new address line, and put the “from” address (look for the "Retrieved unspent inputs from address " message window. the address is currently BqyRzFtWXDmjxrYpyJD42MLE5xc8FrB4js) to the address window so that changes will go back to the “from” address, or the change will all become the fee! Copy the current fee amout (e.g. 613.3936) from the fee window and subtract the fee you want to pay (it is 0.01 nbt per 1kb. So let’s say you choose the fee to be the usual 0.02), and put it in the amount (in this example 613.3736). Now you will see the fee becomes 0.02

press “Generate”. Close the warning window on high fee. Now you see the sign’able raw tx in the text box. You can either post it in the forum, which wouldn’t look nice, or you copy the tx and click on the “verify” link at the top of the page, paste the tx to the big box and press “verify”. Examine your tx, and copy the “Shareable verification link” in the forum like verify

I’ve combined all pending tx in FLOT US-NBT Operations (sell side).
All inputs are distinct and signing one of them doesn’t undermine signing another one.
Maybe it’s helpful to create a thread in which only the signing activity is handled while all discussions take place in different threads.
That would increase the overview and make it easier to prevent tx from getting lost.
Are you advocating putting Nu funds on the NBT/BTC pair at Bter?
huafei and me have NuBots there - one already approved by NSR holders, the other one can be activated by discretion of FLOT.

Yah, sell side has been at 0 for a couple days now. Funds get gobbled up and we’re starting to develop high-offset ask walls. If we aren’t careful, people are going to start really trading on that pair when we don’t have support and we’ll start getting some tarnishes on our CMC history at say $1.04 or $1.05. Bter had more nbt volume than poloniex the other day.
