The previously rubber-stamped transaction of 5.94 M NSR for Blind Auction NSR #4 has not been forwarded by FLOT NSR #2 to the auctioneer (@jooize).
I have a pending request to buy 50 M NSR since before your calculation, so that is a surprisingly suitable amount.
If you agree, send to my general-purpose Nu NSR address.
Nu NSR @jooize: SaaP8P3TH8HU27MBkhH6j8EhQ9AvAEY27J
I am fine.
This transaction sends 48.1 m NSR to @jooize (see rationale a few posts above) and split the remainder to 10m and 6.2m to allow concurrent signing.

It would help in negotiations with direct buyers to have the NuShares immediately available. I’ve determined that @Phoenix and I can currently provide 45 M NSR within the next 24 hours. To make a deal of the magnitude I’ve been approached about would be of high value to Nu.
Regarding Blind Auction NSR #5, how much should go up for sale? The whole Standard?
If FLOT provides 48.1 M, you can either count the big buyer as one of the bidders who bids for 45M, or negotiate a deal based on current prices. The bidder approach is more transparent and fair.
I am concerned that one person will own as much share as a price feed had in normal times. But a broadening of share ownership is good in the long run (assuming it’s not an existing big owner…)
Also i wonder if the kind of huge quick sell will attract traders who are in for quick profit via successful short term price prediction or market manipulation using the huge amount of shares they get in hand. Usually you would want to somehow lock up the shares from selling for a while, or release the shares gradually.

As Chief of Liquidity Operations, I request that FLOT NSR multisig group #1 transfer 30,150,000 NSR to SNE7LBy2AfKYxNzFynKCBfJfeJrC9ner3h. This is the NSR address provided by our auction winner. He has paid for the NSR in full and @jooize has custody of those funds.
@jooize and I do not have sufficient NSR to pay the auction winner, so it is important FLOT help us here.
I believe @dysconnect, @masterofdisaster, @ttutdxh, @woodstockmerkle, @jooize are signers for these funds. Can each of you please post either a signed transaction or an explanation of why you are opposed to signing the transaction?

Well, I am probably confused. I was just looking at the OP and thought it indicated the signers I listed. Perhaps those are the signers for group #2.
@Dhume @ttutdxh @cryptog @mhps @masterOfDisaster: please sign this transaction or post why you don’t think that is appropriate.
The end of my last cycle was Aug 15. No payment or reply on “satisfactory performance, which shall be measured in terms of his presence, effort and contribution.” has been received. It’s not clear to me if I am still supposed to sign any thing as a FLOT member.
I am fine with signing it.
I ll do within the next 24h.

Removed since auction winner is already payed
Thank you @Dhume for being willing to sign this transfer. However, I have already transferred the 30 million NSR to the auction winner. At this point, FLOT NSR needs to take no action. We don’t want to give the auction winner 60 million NSR.
