I have read in some of your posts that exchanges’ operators can become custodians more easily than the rest of us.
of course i agree with this but instead we wait for them, why not making a bounty?
for example to give an amount of NSR for their services, it would be more easy for them to operate in NBT/USD
and NSR/USD pairs without taking the risk of BTC’s ups and downs.
About the bounty proposals we can think some options later in this thread

I agree. Giving shares to exchanges should be considered a serious option.
