I checked the input amounts on a block explorer.
The inputs, outputs and addresses make sense to me.
When trying to sign it, nothing happenes on Cointoolkit, though - not even an error message.

3.21 BTC are in the Poloniex account waiting for the reset of the withdrawal limit.
Maybe the last 1,314 NBT have been traded for BTC as well until then.

As the FLOT is ramping up operations, I think it’s compliant with the current situation to limit this to sending all proceeds only to FLOT addresses.
All else would bring me into an accouting hell…
