I’m for holding pools accountable, but NuLagoon delivers imo. Your motion is about lowering their compensation or percentage of the total cost. I’m still not clear why you think NuLagoon should lower more than some? of the ALPs.

[/quote]Also not a fan of that, but sometimes cost cutting across the board is necessary. Reducing the overall liquidity cost can be a starting point to achieve that while still allowing for specific growth areas. From thereon each pool can start to increase fees again with new proposals when Shareholders agree to do so, but I would think they would think twice and only adjust those with a good proposal. It is just a difference in approach.
