There are 2 motions about T4 reserve definitions right now. The one in the OP is complicated and I think you should read it carefully. The other one would simply make stable liquidity count on top. This one works differently. I suggest you vote for (or think about voting for) the ‘bitcoin reserve’ motion first and give this one more time to ruminate.

FLOT is encouraged to set up a tether address and begin selling nbt and btc for tether (with no less than 4 signers at 60% required consensus or greater). A price of no less than $0.99 is to be used. The reserve will be limited to 25,000 USDT.

I appreciate the idea of using USDT to maintain our peg, given their relative success to tethering to the USD 1:1 – however, how about their mobility, security? ever tried a Tether wallet?
