Hello all, I’m Dhume a NuShareholder since September. I got interested in Nubits and Nushares after learning about B&C Exchange early this summer. I hold a large amount of BKS but expanded my portfolio with NSR early September this year. I have also been a Liquidity provider for 4 months this year and have been looking at other ways to become more involved with this community. I check the forum nearly every day although I don’t have the time to read everything.
I have copied most of @dysconnect motion as well as others to stay in line with the rest of the membership proposals. I feel that the fee which myself and the others are asking is relatively high and I think after FLOT becomes more well defined and streamlined the fee could be lowered. This is based on a personal assumption that in a few weeks/months from now the amount of time FLOT members actively need to run FLOT is diminished greatly from what it will require in the beginning.
I also strongly urge myself and other FLOT members to communicate in advance in case a situation occurs in which a member finds itself in a position where he or she can’t sign for longer than 36 hours.

@Dhume shall be one of the members of the First Liquidity Operations Team (FLOT).@ Dhume will coordinate with other members of FLOT, and members of FSRT if necessary, to defend the peg. @Dhume promises to be a part of FLOT for at least one year and to abide by all shareholder motions governing the use of funds. @Dhume will be able to respond to any request for signing within 36 hours of its proposal; shareholders must be promptly informed of exceptions. Being able to sign any request within 36 hours requires tools like a script or scripts (Bash, Perl, Python) that allow timely and error resilient signing. Until these tools are available, the 36 hours response time can’t be held in case an absence prevents from direct access to a computer.
Compensation for @Dhume will occur in 90-day cycles, for a total of 4 cycles. By the end of each cycle, a total of amount of 435 NBT shall be paid to @Dhume, conditional on satisfactory performance, which shall be measured in terms of his presence, effort and contribution. @Dhume reserves the right to withdraw from his service if he does not receive the full amount of compensation by the end of any cycle.
The service of @Dhume and the compensation cycles will commence from the passage of this motion.
