Is this instance of NuBot going to place a sell order below $1 if NBT are sold into it or will they be burned? Perhaps I missed the discussion about this. Because if I was a NBT holder from $1.00, I would be pretty irked to know that shareholders were responsible for sell orders of NBT below $1. Hopefuly I am just misunderstanding and spread 30% means the sell order will be placed around $1.10 or something.

Spread 30% means it buys at $0.85 and sells at $1.15. This is an offset of 15% on both sides.

All US‑NBT acquired are burned in current operations, as recently done.
