Yes it looks like some people may have thought this motion passed and stopped voting for it, or a significant holder has come online with enough power to move the vote velocity in the other direction. Either way I encourage all voters to continue voting for this motion as it’s a huge step to bringing legitimacy and openness to our project.

It’s really thrilling.
The amount of destroyed share days is slowly rising and approaching 50% while the ratio of blocks containing the motion hash is hovering at 50% give or take a fraction of a percent.
Very exciting!

youknow that the NU wallet has some issues? i mean if i set a motion and the wallet then closes for any reason, the motion dissapears when i reopen it!
Then you are using an old version of the wallet. I believe that bug was fixed in 5.2, but is still present in previous version. Please download the latest version from nubits.com/download
With the recent exco.in and bter.com hacks, I think it is worthwhile to ask ourselves if this is good timing to open source our code. I will be honest here, I have removed my vote for this. Though, I know there are good things that can come from open sourcing at this time. Does anyone have any comments considering the events of the past week?
As I had stated before if we do have issues after going open source it’s better to resolve them now while we’re a smaller network and it wouldn’t impact many people. We want Nu to be its best in the long run. Hiding our source code because of events unrelated to the functions of our network would be a short sighted decision.
