[Passed] Motion to Make the Nu Source Code Available

Exciting!

Only two more votes. Will it also have to stay above 50% for a week before it’s passed? As taken from NuBits.com, “motions votes require more than 50% of blocks and, share age destroyed by minting, within a rolling 10,000 block window in order to pass.”

No, once it satisfies the criteria, it passes. It does not need to “hold” the percentages for an extended period of time. The values reported by the block explorer and via @assistant are calculated using a rolling 10,000 block period.

Tryin’ to snipe the first 50% votes passing; waiting for 50% CDD then…
Celebrate!

In celebration of this I arranged with crypto articles to make their promised articles on Nubits and Nushares with right timing and they did, now also finishing Nushares article.

A third article with focus on this motion for open source will come out tomorrow:

creating a separate article for open sourcing NuBits tomorrow
JP Buntinx - CryptoArticles.com: so I can interweave all three of them as his comments to this.

Thank you for organizing this Ronny! Good exposure for both CCEDK.com and Nu. I’ve added both articles to www.nubits.com/news.

Ty, yes I do what I can

Voted! It’s funny that last time it was exactly 50% in this thread  so my vote is symbolically the one that made the motion pass.

Still waiting for Share Days Destroyed (SDD) to pass 50% before the motion passes. Currently at 46.35%. Your votes will help get us there! http://blockexplorer.nu/motions

This increase in CDD is so slow. It’s like watching paint dry. :stuck_out_tongue:
