OK that worked because I added a topic ID to the M. unfortunately itā€™s hard coded so that all PMs come thoguh to a conversation between assistant and me. (Thanks @creon).

Iā€™ll have a look this evening at creating a new topic id.
until then, a tip is successful if you get the ā€˜tip successfulā€™ badge.
otherwise, itā€™s failed.

Ah, Iā€™ve updated those commands but not updated the help docs yet.

The syntax is either
motion hash [text]
Or
custodian hash [address] [amount] [text]
