This account will be conducting NSR buybacks in accordance with this motion. Each buyback week a new thread will be created for shareholders to monitor. At the conclusion of the week the final results will be posted here along with a confirmation link showing the NSR burn. The thread will then be locked.

The only goal of this account is to purchase as many NSR as possible each buyback week to be destroyed using the funds provided by shareholders. A successful NSR burn will result in all shareholders attaining a larger equity percentage of the Nu network than they held before the NSR burn.

We have completed our purchase of 11.20 BTC worth of NSR. We are pleased that we were able to purchase 1,332,472 NSR for burning this week. 750,000 NSR have been withdrawn from Poloniex and the remainder will be withdrawn once the 24 hour limit expires.

We will provide transaction details of the NSR burn on Saturday or Sunday, similar to previous buybacks.

NSR are now at 0.0026 USD on coinmarketcap.com, a combination of our buybacks and the rising price of BTC. Optimism seems to be returning to the crypto markets with the opening of China once again.

The current NSR market shows approximately 35 BTC worth of sell orders below 0.00001000 BTC, worth about 0.0028 USD. We suspect it is primarily one or two shareholders selling a couple million NSR each. Beyond 0.00001000 BTC, there is very little sell resistance on the order books. While it is certain more sell orders will arrive if buybacks continue, it suggests that the price could jump quite quickly beyond 0.0001000 BTC. At our current pace of buybacks we will have repurchased all NSR up to 0.00001000 BTC within four weeks.

11.6 BTC worth 3210 USD will be used for NSR Buyback #5 next week.
