I can only imagine how much work (vs. compensation) this is to calculate, but the clarity is very welcome. It’s likely impossible to audit the buybacks due to the cause of discrepancies unless a substantial amount of trade logs that are not published were released.

I was wondering… Why not create a simple python script to perform the buybacks in smaller amounts, automatically, throughout the day? It could even generate accurate reports. Novaexchange appears to have an API so this is again an option. Cryptopia’s API was missing some extremely basic functions, but I imagine Novaexchange would be like 99% of other exchanges with an API.

I haven’t found a way to export logs from Alcurex, otherwise I’d provide those.

We’d love to have it automated, and especially as you suggest over the day. One developer has it on the todo list, but that list is overflowing.
